About safaris
Camping safaris include: participation safaris; semi-participation safaris; fully-serviced or luxury safaris and fly-in safaris. In general, camping safaris are mobile, overland safaris that traverse the more remote and rugged regions of Africa. In some instances camping sites may not be serviced and sometimes a safari camp may be in the wilderness. However, Daves Adventures are well-equipped and have refined their operations to create relatively comfortable experiences. Comfort and luxury are generally proportional to price, and fully-serviced or luxury camping safaris will often include hot showers, camp staff, excellent meals and sometimes even flush toilets! Lodges are used at come stage on all safaris for at least one overnight stay – this may be tailored to suit your requirements. Lodge accommodation may be used for the entire safari if required!

Camping safaris are a means of experiencing the real Africa, close to the bush, the soil and the wildlife
